The paths and (mis)paths in caring for health and education professionals

This research aimed to discuss and understand the causes of the lack of public policies aimed at the lack of health care for health and education workers in the municipality of Bom Jesus da Lapa. The main objective is to analyze the inexistence of local public policies in relation to the lack of health care for Education and Health professionals. The research approach is mixed, type of field. The design pointed out by the triangulation was linked to the analysis of documents, with the application of questionnaires and interviews. The work presented here draws attention to the need for new perspectives on workers' health, specifically in the analysis of the performance of these professionals who work in the modalities of health and education. However, little has been said about the care, attention, and policies for the health of workers, it constitutes a cluster of theories, approaches and lines of thought that has survived over time, despite criticism, reformulations and the apparent extinction of the lack of health protection. During the development of the study, it was noticed that the coexistence between the studied community, that the involvement of the subjects in the learning process is essential for them to become an active subject, in order to expand the responsibility for their own knowledge. In this sense, enhancing the work for the strengthening and defense of public health through the SUS, with the participation of state secretariats, holding meetings, seminars and courses for the qualification of our leaders and professionals emerges around this important theme for the working class.
